past keyword not working ?

I managed to create an offline copy of the website. It seems that the issue is somehow related to qTranslate-X, but I can’t figure why…

I have 4 blocks pulling one event from each of my 4 main categories… sample:

[ecs-list-events cat='cat-1' limit='1' order='DESC' key='startdate' past='no' viewall='false' thumb='true' contentorder='thumbnail, title, date']

Unfortunately, I’m getting events from the past though. I only want event that are upcoming… where am I going wrong here?

I have the same issue, using the-events-calendar-shortcode plugin and qtranslate-x plugin. Any idea?

I’m having the same issue. The shortcode worked fine the last time I viewed the page, but now just displays the result “There are no upcoming events at this time.”

I was using the shortcode [ecs-list-events limit=’100′ order=’DESC’ viewall=’false’ past=’yes’]

I have the most recent version of WP, the Events Calendar and the Avada theme.

Looks like there might be a conflict with another of your plugins or the theme – I tried your shortcode and it worked as expected on my test site.

If you can create a test copy of the site or have backups and are comfortable disabling other plugins on your main site temporarily, you can see which plugin is conflicting or switch to a default WordPress theme and see if it is causing problems.

Thanks Brian. You’re right. I turned off the Post Types Order plugin (by Nsp Code) and it displayed fine.
