Pasting Spreadsheet problem

please help me. i was once able to cut and paste from iNumbers into a wordpress post. i have done it before, but for some reason i cannot figure out how to do it now. When i try, the cell lines disappear and the formatting of the spreadsheet is no longer there, causing the data to be unevenly spaced. please someone help me, this should not be that hard to do.
