PATCH: Change menu position to below “Users” and add custom menu icon

    Replace 'menu_position' => null, with 'menu_position' => 70, to put the menu below “Users” instead of below “Comments”.

    Add 'menu_icon' => 'dashicons-admin-network', after that to use a key icon instead of the pin.
