Pathetic Support

I bought this plugin and there is some issues with code. The ticket was raised more than 15 days ago still the issue is not resolved. No update on ticket. You can create a new ticket every time but can’t track the existing one. Here is my ticket number for reference: #HR23-0522092714-26
