Patient consent form

Hi guys

First of all thank you for the amazing solution. I have a question I don’t know maybe i am taking it too far, I would like to know is it possible for this platform to link all doctors practices but private, meaning no one will be able to see other practices private information then when a patient visit practice B, practice B will be able to pull through patient encounter from practice A only if the patient approves from their account to give practice A a permission to check their digital file.
