• Hi there,

I have a slider which has 4 slides in it and I have created 4 buttons which link to each respective slide. The slider currently autoplays. This is all fine.

The client would like the slider to pause when you click one of the buttons. So they want you to go to the respective slide, but they want the slider to pause after that (which would then mean it won’t autoplay again but that is fine).

As far as I can see there are no options for this in the Master Slider settings.

I tried adding a simple .stop() jQuery and even the .pauseOnAction that flexslider uses but neither quite work. The slider pauses when you click on the button for the slide you are on which is not want I need. Just to make things clearer, If you are on slide 1 and click the button for slide 1, the slider will pause. However, if you click any other button, you will go to that slide and the slider will continue on autoplay. So this attempts don’t work for me sadly.

Does anyone know of a way I can pause the slider after the user has clicked the button and the new slide shows up?

I hope I have made myself clear enough.

    Thanks,

    Jack
