Paused sending

I have a blog with 76 subscribers – all of which I know personally. I send one blog a month out and up to now have had 100% 76/76 sent.
However, my last blog did not send and an error message said my account is paused due to over 5% of email addresses bouncing back? This can not be correct.
It also says I have to contact support to resolve the issue but as I use the free option this is the only way I can find to contact any support – please can anyone help?I just noticed this message-
“Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.”
I presume this will means it is an issue with mail poet, not my subscribers’ email addresses? Is there any news on when this will be rectified, and when it is will my blog be sent automatically or will I have to do it again?
