Pay by credit card not showing on checkout

You’re not seeing the option to pay with the card because your total payable amount is 0.00. Stripe requires a minimum charge of US$ 0.50 or equivalent in charge currency to show these payment options. More info: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object

I would recommend creating a product with $1 and see if the card input fields appear.

Thank you. you are right, it was because the price was 0.

I have another issue, hope you can help. in product page it should succesfully the button googlepay/applepay, but only of mobile view. on desktop view it’s not showing.

I’ve check in the html and it shows the stripe div but not actually showing it in desktop view.

It seems like the issue could be related to the browser or device you’re using to view your site. Both Apple Pay and Google Pay use browser and device-specific technologies. For example, Apple Pay requires Safari on MacOS or iOS, while Google Pay works on Chrome browsers.

If you’re using a different browser or device, the buttons may not appear as expected. A current list of supported devices and browsers can be found https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208531.

I’m using updated chrome browser. It’s doesn’t show the gpay button on desktop. I even try 2 different laptops

Google Pay will only appear for customers who:

1. Are?logged into their Google account?via their browser.
2. Have?a payment method?added to their Google account.

Can you please check and confirm both are true? Can you clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or maybe try on other device or network?
