Pay Deposit button and Default Payment option

Hi I have two major errors to report:
1. How to remove the “Pay deposit” button from the main Shop Page where all the products are displayed? I only want it displayed at the Product Level where the variations options are presented to the customer. (For e.g. this is how WooCommerce Deposits -Partial Payment plugin works). Can you rectify this?
2. No matter which options I choose the Pay Deposit option is always the default selection. Can you rectify this?
