• Is there a way with this plugin to set up a form so that based on the value of a dropdown, different people are paid when the form is submitted? I couldn’t see any filters that would make this possible, but I thought I’d ask if there’s anything I might’ve missed.

    Thanks.

    G’day Jacob,

The Free add-on can’t do that, but you can do that with the Pro add-on. It works differently to the Free add-on, using a “feeds” model like the PayPal add-on does.

You can add two feeds for a form, and use conditional logic to select which one to process from. Leave one on the default add-on settings, and enable Customise Connection on the second one to enter the API credentials for your second account.

Sorry, just a follow up question, since I’m not 100% sure looking at that page.

Will I be able to set it up so that each feed will pay a different account? It looks like the API settings and Customer ID are still set globally in Gravity Forms’ settings, and I can’t see a screenshot of the Direct Connection settings for the feed.

The specific use case here is a form for a user to pay their bill to a service provider, but the form will give the option of which service provider to pay. My understanding (I’m coming to this project late) is that each provider has their own eWay account.

    G’day Jacob,

I’ve just added a new FAQ page for this. You can see a screenshot of those settings now.
