I had deactivated your plugin and activated the one that was given by redsys. So,

Can you please check now again. When we click payment by card and place order button after accepting the term and conditions. It takes me to next page.

You can’t go directly to that page because that page get a $post from checkout.

I trying to make an order, but the checkout page is asking me for my telephone number “Phone is not a valid phone number.”, but the telephone number field is not shown on the checkout so I cannot continue.

Are you using my plugin or the official Redsys downloaded from his website?

My plugin make a redirection, so there is something that is breaking the JS.

Please, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Redsys and try again.

And please, can you tell me all used plugin on your WP?

No, I don’t see what might be causing the problem.

The best way is that you deactivate all the plugins except of WooCommerce and mine of Redsys, and try if it works, if it works, start activating one by one to see which one is producing the problem.

Now All pluggins are inactive except followings

– Really Simple SSL
– Woocommerence
– WooCommerce Redsys Gateway Light

But still same issue.

Could you please paste the Redys logs here? WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select the latest Redsys logs and press View.

On the same place, Are there WooCommerce Fatal Errors logs?
