Pay for order not working after cancel payment

    Hi
    if i cancel payment and then when i check my account-> Order I can see order wit PAY button so when i click on PAY it should redirect to checkout for payment that is fine. but if i click on PAY THIS ORDER at bottom of checkout. its not redirecting to payment page instead of this its redirected Thank you page. so user bought product without payment.
    Please help.
