    Hello @deny21

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

Can you tell us first if you are seeing this Pay Later messaging on any other page? This would be important information.

When the PayPal messaging is not showing at all, that can be caused by a temporary situation with your account. When the PayPal account was used with a “website payment standard” (WPS) integration in the last 10 days (some form of legacy PayPal integration), then the Pay Later messaging might not be displayed. This should correct itself over time. If you want, you can check with PayPal Merchant Technical Support for this issue, they will be able to review your account.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hello, i see the message in cart and checkout, but not in product page.
Please refere to this staging website because in the live one i had to re-activate the oldest paypal plugin: https://www.staging43.gimarbeauty.com/prodotto/smalto-semipermanente-23-red-velvet/

    Hello @deny21

Thank you for your response, that cleared things up a bit.

If you are seeing the Pay Later messaging in the other pages, then the only cause for this problem can be the page itself. Since you are using Elementor, this is surely the cause of the issue, and you can get this resolved by using the code we provide in our documentation here.

Please let me know if this helped you resolve the issue and if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

I am also having this exact problem, but I am using a custom-built theme.
I shall raise a separate topic/ticket, but I wanted you to be aware that this appears to be a bug with you as I am also having the same problem.

@joostvandevijver My problem is unsolved still, just FYI. I have submitted a ticket to Inpsyde but have not yet heard anything back.
