Pay more than the real price

    Hi, there is a real bug with my website, i created a product wich price is 15€. I created two option with booking activitiesin a select input. The first option price is 0€, so the price stay at 15€. The second price, i entered 12€, the price is so 15€ + 12€ for this option. When i add the product to bask, all is fine, the price is 27€ for the second option, on the order page same, all is fine, it display 27€. But when i pay with stripe, i pay 39€, 27€ + 12€.

    I noticed that this problem only occurs if I check the “Create an account” box on the woocommerce order form. If i don’t check this box, i pay 27€, if i check it, i pay 39€.

    The problem is that it shows me well 27 on the order summary, it is only after I have paid, that stripe tells me that I paid 39€.

    This is a real problem, why 12€ is added when the created account is checked on woocommerce form ?

    Hello,

    What plugin are your using to set an additional price (12€)?
    If it is the Advanced Forms add-on, please contact me by email as www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow to provide support for paid add-ons.

    But first, try to Deactivate all plugins except Booking Activities, Advanced Forms and WooCommerce to make sure that the issue doesn’t come from a conflict with a third party plugin (including the Stripe gateway, and if it works with another gateway, reactivate only the Stripe plugin and try again with the Stripe gateway).

    Hi, yes i use Booking Activities – Advanced Forms and Booking Activities – Prices and Credits to set the option. I noticed that th problem is on all the product that have that type of option. The problem is not due to the others plugins, i already tested to deactivate them. When the checkbox is checked, there is an addition of the option price.

    For exemple i have an other product with a +20€ option. It add 40€ when i check the “Create account” checkbox.

    I could reproduce the bug on my side, I am currently investigating the problem and I will publish a fix as soon as possible, thank you for reporting!
