Pay Now Button Failure

Hi Seth,
When registrants enter all their info and reach the page with the “Pay Now” button, the button is dead. It doesn’t take them to Paypal or any other page.
Please help! If I can’t resolve this issue quickly, I will have to find a different event registration provider.
