    I have the gift vouchers at the bottom of this page (https://sipnswig.co.uk/shop/) they user can submit all information and it comes through to the backend but when they click Pay now, it just brings them straight back to the first section and won’t allow them to pay? I only have PayPal set up

    Thanks for your message.

    Can you please confirm if you are using the correct credentials? Because The credentials for Live mode and Test mode will be different. Also, you can check the currency code from here. If that is wrong then it could cause issue too.

    What do you mean correct credentials
    How do I know if it is in live or test mode?
