Pay offline? You mean via bank, or cash or so?
Any non-online payment info can just be given in the mail when the booking is confirmed (or pending). A unique transfer number is created for each booking, so that can be sent too.
After receiving the payment, you can manually set “payed” to “yes” in the EME admin backend.

What if a client come to the store, in person, can a make a quick cash payment with a wordpress plugin on my website? this way, the stock will be well managed.

How would somebody be able to make a cash payment with a plugin???
Anyway, you can still set a booking to payed in the backend, you just need the unique number so you can find the relevant booking data.

I have two stores in different adresse and people that order on line. If I can set an offline payment on the web site, I will just need a ipod as a cash register, and the stock from the 3 places will be managed in only one place.

When people pay cash a the store, I dont wanna have to use a cash register and have to manage three business…

When I log as admin, i dont need to pay, so it is working, but it dont calculate the change and there is 3 clics, one clic would be faster ??

If I can not find it, I will make it.
