Pay order page / manual orders

Hello,

For the case ‘pickup from store’ and payment method ‘credit card’ not accepted the customer is given the option via woocommerce’s ‘pay order page’ to choose alternative payment method. For payment method ‘pay in store’ I have enabled shipping method ‘ collect from store’.

The problem is that payment option ‘pay in store’ is not shown on woocommerce’s ‘pay order page’ for the case of initial failed payment transaction with a credit card on ‘checkout page’.

How can I display payment option ‘pay in store’ on woocommerce’s ‘pay order page’ and for manual orders?
