Pay royalties per product sold

Bob gets his product listed on the woocommerce store. Every time his product is sold and dispatched by the store he gets a 5% royalty. Jane has different products listed on the store too but she gets 10%. The store manages sales, inventory, etc., therefore Bob and Jane are not vendors and are not involved in any other way except they may be part of an affiliate system to earn more commission for sending buyers to the store (regardless of who’s products are sold).
How can I achieve this in woocommerce or with plugins as I just need some pointers?
