    Hi @srd75

I’m not quite grasping the issues you’re facing. Can you give me a bit more context? Are you seeing any error messages? If you’re trying to get rid of the “OFF” text, you’ll probably need to tweak the description in the Direct Bank Transfer gateway.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi Shameem,

We have configured the Payment > Bank Transfer the same way you showed (see our 2nd screenshot), but on the front end there is the word “Off” when selecting Bank Transfer (see our 1st screenshot).

To me, this means Bank Transfer is “off”, but Direct Bank Transfer is On.

    Hi @srd75,

Thanks for getting back with further details on this. Looking at the shared screenshot, it looks like all settings were properly set, but the issue persists.

Have you tried having only WooCommerce as the active plugin and switch to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue still persists? Please be sure to make a site backup before proceeding with the steps.

Let us know if this makes any difference.

    Hi @ckadenge

With only the followin plugins activated, the issue remains:

    • Traveler code, by Shinetheme
    • WooCommerce
    • WP Bakery Page Builder

If I deactvate Traveler code, the Bank Transfer; off message disappears, but then I receive an error:

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this @srd75 .

If I deactvate Traveler code, the?Bank Transfer; off?message disappears, but then I receive an error:

As a next step, kindly keep only the WooCommerce plugin active, out of the three mentioned here, and see if the issue persists, with the TT3 theme active at the same time.

I hope this is helpful! We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Hi @shameemreza

I thought I’d keep the same ticket.

With only WooCommerce active, the issue remains:

    Hello SRD75,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you also activate the TT3?theme?
Please let me know once you activate it so I can inspect the site from my end.

I noticed you not have shared the URL of the site.
Could you share the link to your site?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi @doublezed2

If we switch to TT3, the old theme’s CPT disappears, so we have no product to add to cart.

    Hi @srd75

If we switch to TT3, the old theme’s CPT disappears, so we have no product to add to cart.

This suggests that the text for the payment method description may also come from a custom code. To determine, switch your theme temporarily to TT4. Next, go ahead and create a product in WooCommerce. Finally, process a checkout, and check if the text still exists or not.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @shameemreza

Thank you, adding a dummy product helped, it showed the cart page (& other WC pages) had not been created.

After WC recreating them, the error went away.

The theme and plugins are active, and things work 99%.

The last thing I’d love help with is adding the customer’s order number to the checkout success page, e.g: https://staging.unseencambodia.com/checkout-2/order-received/10345/?key=wc_order_xxx

If the order number was present on this page, the customer can copy/paste into their bank website with much more ease.

    Is that possible?

    Thank you!

    Hello SRD75

    Thank you for your reply.

I am glad to know that you were able to resolve the issue.

About having the order number on the Thank you page.
This depends on the theme you are using.
The theme decides what content to display on the page and how to display it.

Here is a screenshot from my test site that is using the Storefront theme.
    It shows the order number.

May I ask which theme is active on your site now?
Have you contacted them about this query?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello @srd75,

As you were informed earlier by my colleague, we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our?support scope. It would be best to reach out to the theme support for further assistance.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks!
