We are not trying to disguised as free.

We offer 14 days free trial, again not misleading since is a 14 day free trial, you will not be charged.

The first line of the description talks about the prices, and makes it clear that the plugin is not free. I really don’t know how we can make it more clear.

I would love to give you one free month so you can try our product and you can give a honest review based on the plugin functionality rather than our prices that are clearly stated on the description.

    Thanks

The plugin is free. The service is not. There’s nothing here that contravenes the www.ads-software.com plugin submission guidelines.

Is there any way to delete reviews that are unrelated to the plugin itself?

Yes… but give this a read.

    https://halfelf.org/2014/bad-replies-to-bad-reviews/

That article really sums up the general attitude towards bad reviews.

Sometimes they get deleted for good cause. But how the author replies to a bad review can be very revealing. You (the author) get to put your best foot forward.

Oh and alitaj? Please resist the urge to create bogus reviews for your plugin with fake accounts.

That does get caught (really!) and you can get into real trouble here when you or someone working with you does that.

There’s also the issue that, due to technical limitations, the star rating remains even after a review is removed – leaving future readers with no idea as to why these poor rating were give, Right now, I think you’re doing the best thing possible by replying to these “reviews” – maybe emphasising the point I made above. That way, at least these “ratings” will be read in context.

Sorry about the review, I tried to delete the review, please feel free to delete it.

The problem here is that you guys are using personal accounts rather than company accounts (name-wise).

I did not see a single “wishpond” word anywhere, until after i clicked your link to know you’re running this as a company’s plugin.

As many has stated, you need to be more clear who you are. As far as i can see, you don’t look like a representative or plugin author for wishpond. So who are you?
