Payeezy form will not display

  • First time here and first time with Payeezy.
    I setup the hosted payment page on Payeezy, entered the id’s in the plugin, pushed publish and viewed the form.

    It came up with some standard Name/Address fields (not the ones on the form I created) and would not proceed. I am a little lost. Please let me know what other information I will need to provide.

    I checked with Payeezy and they told me that the payment page on their side was correct and that I should check that the Payment Page ID and Transaction Key are correctly setup on the plugin.

    I went through them character by character (after copy/pasting and hand typing) and they appear to be correct in the plugin itself. But still no luck.

    Make sure the plugin’s folder has the permission set so that the user has both read and write privledges.
