Payer name doesn’t pass to Stripe

Please provide a detailed description of how your site is setup and the steps that need to be taken to replicate. This isn’t something I can ever remember seeing reported and we can’t replicate it. I also know from past support requests that you have customized the plugin.

Alright, I will just delete the customized plugin and install fresh one.

A question, you have mentioned in other thread that if there is an input on the product page like following;

<input type="text" id="billing_email" name="billing_email"/>

System will use this input as a billing email, does it also applies for express checkout ?
For example user opens the product page and just clicks apple pay to order ?

I am not sure I understand your question. When using the express checkout button on the checkout page, the plugin will use the billing address from the Apple Pay wallet to populate the checkout fields.

The plugin won’t use the Apple Pay address info if the checkout fields are already populated with a valid address.

If they already fill e-mail input on my store, which will be in

<input type="text" id="billing_email" name="billing_email"/>

I don’t want them to re-add billing e-mail in apple pay again in case they don’t have already in their Apple pay. So that my input for billing_email would be their billing_email.

@cagsan The plugin is coded to only request the email information in the Apple Wallet if the customer doesn’t already have a billing email provided on the checkout page.

For all other pages, like product or cart, that information is requested regardless.
