{payer_email} not displaying in buyers email but is in sellers

    I am having issues with the email tag {payer_email} not displaying anything within the buyers email body and yet the same tag is being used in the sellers email and is displaying the email address fine. Has anyone else had this?

    Hi, what does the buyer see when they receive the e-mail? Can you share the message you typed for the buyer? Have you carried out a test yourself?

    Thanks for replying. These are the messages typed and received:

    Message Typed

    Thank you for your order {first_name} and choosing Company Name.

    We can confirm your order:

    Order Date: {purchase_date}
    Details: {product_details}
    Total Amount: {purchase_amt}

    All communications from Company Name, in reference to your order, will be sent to: {payer_email}.

    If you’d like us to send communications to another email address please contact us, quoting {transaction_id}.
