Payfast Subscription key

Hi,

i’ve just taken over running my site from my website builders. i have done all the necessary upgrades however i can’t upgrade the Payfast Gateway as it is asking for a sub key, which the website guys dont have, and Payfast told me to contact WC.

Since the site has been running for 3 years there must be a sub in place so i don’t want to opt for new sub in case this causes issues….

any recommendations please?
