    Hi! I have an online shop with WooCommerce and we are using PayFast as the payment gateway. When customers place orders payment is made and the orders go on hold pending payment and the eventually end up cancelled in the abandoned cart.
    The funds do go through to PayFast.
    I have spoken to PayFast and they say the problem must be on WooCommerce.
    Please are you able to assist?

    Hi there!

    PayFast is not a built-in payment option that comes with WooCommerce.

    If you’re noticing this behavior with PayFast Payment Gateway, please create a new post under Support ? Plugin: WooCommerce PayFast Gateway along with the following details:

    1. System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it in your response to the new topic.
    2. A screenshot of the order details section (WP Admin > WooCommerce > Orders > Click Order # for the failed order)

    If you’re using a third-party plugin to manage the payment gateway, please post a support request to their support team.
