Paying for statistics is a big no-no

I’ve used JetPack because the statistics module for more than 11 years. I even overlooked that it is a bloated plugin and slows down my website. Then a few days ago I got a warning that I cannot see the statistics anymore, I have to pay for it. For small business owners it is really not worth, when we can use Google Analytics for free. I uninstalled Jetpack from all my websites and now my Google Pagespeed scores are a lot better. I would never pay for a plugin that is intrusive with its constant push of unnecessary paid features and which is not efficient in its code.
