Paying for the conditions feature

I am a bit confused about the plugin. It is an open source plugins. I click on condition tab and selected add show/hide condition and it said I need a full version for it. It takes me to a page https://pdfbuilder.rednao.com/ but that link is nowhere to be found on this plugin page, I am just wondering it is legit.
