Paying Vendors Comissions Manually

    It seems like a really simple concept but I cannot figure this out.

    I want to pay my vendor commissions once per week via payapl, how ever I want to process these transactions manually through Paypal to avoid the 1.25% fee per transaction for the mass payouts function.

    Product Vendors plugin has a simple setup where you can manually print out a csv of all outstanding commissions and then manually mark them as paid, how does wcfm not have something that does this? Surely the data is all there?

    I bought the front end manager ultimate as I was told this is the BEST marketplace plugin, but its crazy that I cannot find easily which commissions are owing, and mark them as paid manually????

    – It’s possible.

    First install this addon to your site –

    – Now you will see “Manual PayPal” option under WCFM Admin Setting -> Payment Setting

    Enable that and disable “PayPal”.

    Setup “Periodic Withdrawal”. https://docs.wclovers.com/withdrawal/

    Do not enable “Request Auto Approve” option.

    Hence it will generate withdrawal request every week and you may download that list.

    After make the payment manual from PayPal mark those approve here.

    Sounds great! Where exactly do i download the list from? and mark them approved after payments? is this all done within the withdrawals tab? as I cant find anything for that yet?

    – Vendors have to do some withdrawal requests and hence those will appear here.
