    Hi,

    While testing the payment processing on the Direct approach on a subdomain where we have the new website being built, the Direct form returns error that the card is not valid.

    Does paymentsense Direct have to be on the actual domain to return completed payment.

    The Hosted form does complete payment and return to the site, so we know there is not an issue with taking payment, more so when using the Direct Payment processing.
