    After updating my store to the last version (3.9.3), the orders paid using our bank gateway are received with the right status “Payment accepted”, but no e-mail is sent to the customer (neither to the admin).
    I had a look to the wpsc_purchase_logs in the DB, the email_sent field is 0 for the new orders.
    When updating the order status, both emails are sent.

    I found this post, regarding same issue, and applied the suggested method (including emptying the wpsc_checkout_forms table, but issue remains

    [update]
    All plugins disabled, added Email Log plugin in order to track sent e-mails, but issue remains : Payment accepted” orders and no e-mail sent. All other emails from the website are correctly sent.
    No idea about where/what to look for in the plugin settings or code ?

    Hi Fred,

    Can you tell me what version you updated from? And just to confirm, it was sending emails in that version?
