Payment Amounts not processing

  • 1. Amount Raised/Progress Bar are not showing the Dollar amounts even though “Backers” is increasing

    2. Purchase Confirmation page is showing “$0.00” for sub total/total even though actual PayPal donations are going through

    3. Purchase Emails are being sent but Sale Notification emails are not

    4. Payment Logs show each transaction but list Amount as $0.00

    This is the case whether or not the “Disable the automatic output of the purchase button” is checked

    I was using Fundler

    I was able to get the purchase amounts recorded and displayed by unchecking the “This campaign is donations only (no rewards)” box. Donors now choose from set pledge levels instead of entering their own amounts. Now donations (Purchase Amounts) are being logged and displayed correctly.

    This method did not fix the previous issue but achieves the functionality I needed.
