• I have some questions regarding your plugin:

    1. Will the card payment details be displayed as a popup, or will it redirect to the Stripe checkout page? If the card payment is processed on the website’s checkout, how does that work?
    2. If a customer cancels their subscription before the next payment is due, will the subscription be canceled at the next payment time, or immediately upon cancellation? For example, if a customer buys a subscription on February 1, 2025, at 2:12 PM, and cancels it on February 15, 2025, will the subscription be canceled on March 1, 2025, at 2:12 PM?
    3. Does your plugin have an option to sell books?
    4. Can the cart page be removed, and instead, directly go to the checkout page and only ask for the payment method, without asking for billing details? This is because the customer already creates an account and adds their details during account creation, so billing details are unnecessary.
    5. If a customer cancels their membership, will the courses they have purchased also be canceled, or not?
    6. Can the materials attached to the course videos be read on the website instead of being downloaded? If a customer cancels their subscription or course, the materials and course access should be disabled.
    7. Can orders be manually held, pending, or cancelled?

    Tutor LMS does not include a built-in feature for selling books. Tutor LMS allows you to manually change order status.

    Stripe, Subscriptions, and Memberships are part of the Tutor LMS Pro version. As you are using the Pro version of the plugin, please open a ticket for support. Our customer support specialists are ready to check the problem and help you accordingly as soon as possible.

    Commercial products are not supported in this forum.
