payment and order confirmation although no payment or order has been made

in the end it must be woocommerce, because in the check-out at the now buy btn, the event for the paypal plus modal triggers.
then you haven’t paid yet, but you have already received an order confirmation.
it is possible that you close the window, because you want to pay in another way, but the order confirmation already went out.

the same happens with klarna. woocoommerce sends a payment confirmation, even though you have chosen to pay on account at klarna. therefore, the payment takes place completely on klarna.

in my opinion, a preliminary payment should be made, then on the next “new” page the actual check-out and purchase should take place.

ps: stripe fits, transfer of course also.
