    Dear Sirs,

    We found with the developers of yithemes, producers of the Multivendor plugin, that your PayPal Payments plugin generates a Bug that does not allow you to create sub-orders for the Multivendor platform, in this way the sellers who operate on our site cannot see their orders. in their Backend. I quote what the yithemes developers have just written to us: “This is a plausible situation because it could happen that the multi vendor plugin is running its code, it creates everything and just before saving on the database it is interrupted by the payment gateway.

    Unfortunately, in relation to this issue, you should contact the authors of PayPal Payments ”

    Please check with the yithemes developers and let us know as soon as possible.

    Hi @biwem,

    We’d like to learn more about the issue you experience with the multivendor plugin. We haven’t done any dedicated compatibility testing with this, so we would need a bit more context about the nature of the conflict.
    A copy of your system report already helps us a lot:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    If you open an internal support ticket with us, then we could also provide you with a new test version as soon as we have a better idea what the cause.
