payment by cheque/bank transfer

Would like to include payment by cheque/bank transfer. Not so much for offline orders as much as for setting up one time donations and especially recurring donations. Right now we use Authorize.net Gateway plugin but could possibly change if necessary. Can we include this feature with Form Field Manager or perhaps another add-on from Give? This would make every option for giving available to donor. Thank you
