Payment captured but order not processed

Hi,
Last week ( 27/07/2023 ) we had an online order request for 35€.
In our system (WooCommerce backend) it showed the order was cancelled.
We were notified from the customer that his bank ( BoC ) has captured the amount of 35€. Looking at the JCC gateway the amount was indeed captured ! We just gave the refund to the customer.
Could you please check into this since it is a serious issue and needs to be resolved ASAP.
