Do you recall any changes/updates made to the site prior to the issue first popping up? Also, I see that you mentioned it been happening with a few orders. Are there any similarities or patterns with these payments (i.e. specific country, specific customers, specific products)?

All orders are from UK so it’s not country related or specific to customers. Looking at say the last two their were two different products and one was via Apple Pay and the other just card.

Please share a screenshot of the Order Notes for the affected orders.
This will help in diagnosing the issue more thoroughly.

If you haven’t done so already, I recommend recreating the Stripe webhooks to ensure proper communication between your site and Stripe.

I’ve refreshed the Web Hooks and it’s saying all connected

The order notes just say “Order status changed from Pending payment to Completed.” Then above that the Stripe charge….however the order when viewed was “Pending Payment”

We’ve the exact same issue on one of our websites. Been going on for about a month now. We created a ticket here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/unpaid-order-cancelled-2/

We thought it resolved itself, but sadly over the weekend we had 5 orders all do the same thing as you have reported. Really random.

All API calls are working, status codes from Stripe are 200. Our hosting and developers have been looking at it, still nothing ??.

To clarify, by “refresh,” do you mean you removed the old webhooks and created new ones?
This shouldn’t affect any past orders, but it will apply to new ones going forward.

Have you noticed this issue with any new orders since updating the webhooks?
If so, we can look into potential causes further.
