    Does anyone know from where this email is generated from.

    with the email Subject Payment for order XXXX confirmed

    the email is received by both admin and client. I cant seem to find it to customize it.
    its a pretty confusing email.

    Can the payment gateway plugin generate this.

    any insight on this would really helpful. thanks guys.

    Hi there,

    Out of the box, there’s no email template in the core WooCommerce plugin that looks like that. This is leading me to believe that it might be generated through one of the following:

    • A template override – This means that there are files in your theme folder that’s overriding the core WooCommerce templates. You can check for that under the “Template Override” Section in your system status report as found at WooCommerce > Status.
    • A separate plugin altogether

    With this in mind, could you post a copy of your system status report here?

    I have not seen this email before, the only difference from my usual setup is a the Paycorp IPG Plugin

    It cannot be an email Override as I checked them all, and they are in order and received as stated. this email only goes through after I make the payment. I am in a testing environment with the IPG. so the payments made a fictional.

    Looking at the system status report you included, it might be worthwhile having a look at the settings for the following plugins:
