• New bug I’ve found – when a customer tries to pay for an order and the bank declines it, the decline in MyST doesn’t feed back into WooCommerce to cancel the order. It just stays on “Awaiting Payment” with no information on what’s happened with the transaction unlike before with the previous plugin.

  • I had something similar with the latest plugin, except in my example, the customers card was declined (that much was recorded in MYST), but there was no feedback at all into wordpress, no order notes at all and the customer got an error which said “Please check the Trust Payment Fields”…. wtf?

    Very very very unhelpful to all concerned.

    @murrayelliot2 yeah I’ve experienced the same issue. I actually have to login to MyST to see if the person actually made payment or if it got declined.
    The old plugin used to add noted with timestamps saying “Failed payment” or similar.
