    Hi @hasinthawk,

PAYMENT_DENIED means that PayPal rejected the payment.
This could be due to a variety of reasons like suspected fraud, for example.
The best way to figure this out is to reach out to the PayPal merchant support with a copy of your PayPal Payments log files.
We are working on displaying a more user-friendly error message in the Checkout, but that’s all that could be done from the plugin perspective.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas

    Hi @hasinthawk,

The Logging feature must be enabled in the plugin settings:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#troubleshooting
Once this checkbox is set, every API request from the plugin will be logged with more details that are relevant for the PayPal merchant support. Nothing too sensitive is logged, but but whenever a buyer attempts to make a payment, there will be a log file saved here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
There is also a link from the plugin settings to get to the logs.
    I hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
