    Hello,

I have integrated Paypal Plus some months ago and it always worked fine. But now when a customer wants to buy something, he klicks on “Buy” and isn’t redirected to the paypal site.

Therefore I get the message, that a purchase is done, but it is canceled (Because of not being paid).

    What might be the issue?
    Thank you !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @viogu

can you please deactivate all other plugins and use the theme storefront and test it if the behavior is the same?

    Best regards

    Hello @aweissinpsyde ,

thank you for your answer. I tried it and it’s the same. It seems not to work when the customer tries it on the chrome browser, but it works with firefox.
Is there a solution for this?

Many greetings and thank you in advance

    Hello @viogu

I just tried it in Chrome and for me, all was working fine. Do more customers have this behavior or only one. Maybe he has some extension installed in his Chrome browser. Maybe he can delete the cache of his browser too. Mostly this might solve these issues

    Hello @aweissinpsyde

thank you for your answer. Did you get forwarded to the PayPal pop up?

Many customers do not get to the Paypal Popup, it just doesn’t show up and instead they get to my “thank you for your purchase” site.

It seems, as if the problems is mainly with Firefox…

    Thank you! Many greetings, Vio

@aweissinpsyde Edit: I talked with someone from the PayPal integration center. He said that forwarding to the Popup works. It’s mainly the problem that the “order received” site opens – and about one minute later the paypal paying site opens. That’s too late and the customers already closed the site.

    Hello @viogu

yes the site opens a few seconds later. The client has to wait a bit but normally there is a note in the middle of the page that says the customer will be redirected to PayPal for making the payment.

    Hi @aweissinpsyde ,

that’s totally right. but sometimes it doesn’t open at all with firefox. Aditionally the paypal Plus Express-Button sometimes doesn’t appear on firefox.

And often customers close the site when the Paypal Popup takes too long or when they are already on the “order received” site.

I would like to have the Paypal Plus PopUp and only afterwards the “Thank you for your oder site”.

    Best regards
    Vio

    Hello @viogu

unfortunately, this is a behavior directly from PayPal and we can’t change it. The loading time depends on the internet connection speed of your client too. Additionally, if he/she has installed some browser apps that can slow down the loading time too.

WooCommerce creates an order no matter if a client already paid or not. That’s a normal behavior of WooCommerce.

    Best regards
    Andreas
