    Hi,
I’m getting the above error during checkout (PayPal Payments Pro 2.0-PayFlow).

I know for sure that all credentials are right since it already worked on my other site.

How can I get this fixed please?

  • Hello,
    I “double” this request.
Account was working fine until the update 1.4.1.

My site uses “PayPal Payments Pro 2.0-PayFlow” and also “PayPal Express checkout”.

I can pay using “PayPal Express checkout” but I can’t pay with my debit card using “PayPal Payments Pro 2.0-PayFlow”. The outcome is the “26-Invalid vendor account” error message.

My PayPal account is linked with the same Debit card I used trying to pay with the Payment card option (PayPal Payments Pro 2.0-PayFlow). So, there is no problem with this debit card.

I just made LIVE payments (or attempts of payments) in order to be sure. And I did it after failed payments from clients!
    Something needs to be fixed.

    Thank you in advance, guys.

Hey Guys, sorry for the mix-ups. We made some more adjustments that did indeed fix this, which was verified by some other users in a different thread. We will have a 1.4.2 update released soon that fixes this and a few other little bugs.

If you’d like to get this fixed right away you can update to our release branch manually, which is available here: https://github.com/angelleye/paypal-woocommerce/archive/release.zip

You’ll just need to extract those files an then upload them to your server overwriting the existing plugin files. That will get PayFlow working as expected for you again.

    Sorry again for the troubles!

When is 1.4.2 going to be released on WordPress repository? I am still having payments fail after update to 1.4.1.

Just tying up a few other loose ends in it before we release it. Should happen later today or tonight. The release branch fixes PayFlow, though, so you could get that fixed right away applying that update manually.
