  • Hi, I had a similar issue as you and had to have 2 month long back and forth with support before resolving this.

    If in your wc error logs it says the issue is with the: processing_channel_id
    Then this will definitely solve it, otherwise it’s still worth a go.

    You need to create new keys (public and secret) and under the Processing Channels, do not tick Allow any processing channel and just tick an individual channel instead.

    Use these new keys in the plugin and it should work!
