    I recently migrated my website from siteground to bluehost and have run into a few issues with woocommerce since the migration was complete. Most have been solved by blue host but they are unable to help with this one.

    During checkout an error comes up saying “sorry, it seems that there are no payment methods available. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements”

    I have checked all the woocommerce and woopayments settings, as well as my stripe bank details connected with this store and everything is set up correctly.

    What can I do to solve this please? Thank you!

    Have you tried enabling offline payment methods like Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer?
    Testing these options will help narrow down the issue.

    If offline payments work, I recommend enabling only WooPayments.
    Then create a new topic in the WooPayments forum to explain the issue in detail, as this will allow the support team to assist you further.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply!

    I have enabled cash on delivery and now when I checkout the error code about no payment methods has gone but the page doesn’t load. It says “cash on delivery – pay with cash upon delivery” But the loading icon continues on the page and the “place order” button isn’t clickable.

    Is it a good idea to deactivate and reinstall woo payments and start the process of setting it up again?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Cash on delivery is a core payment method and should work fine without any plugin.
    If you are facing an issue with the cash on delivery method, this suggests that the problem lies at the WooCommerce level.

    Can you share the website URL?

    I suspect a plugin conflict is occurring.
    Could you disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and switch to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme for the time being? Then check again if the issue persists.

    If the issue is resolved switch back to your theme and check again.
    Then activate plugins one by one to determine what causes the issue.

    The website is https://naturalwanders.uk/

    I was just about to follow your steps but I checked it and it seems to be working fine now. I managed to complete a test purchase for one of my products. I then checked another product and it loading symbol is back again.

    I believe the payments are working on https:// but not on https:// is that normal?

    Do you mean that the issue was resolved for one product, but returned for a different product? Or is this now working as expected regardless of the products purchased on checkout?

    That is expected behavior. Most payment gateways, including WooPayments, require a valid SSL certificate?and need to be accessible over HTTPS before the payment gateway will allow payments on the site. You can read more about the requirements for WooPayments here:

    Hi,

    It is all fixed now. The payment options weren’t showing in https:// but they were for https://

    Blue host have now fixed the issue with my SSL certificate and my payment methods and checkout is working perfectly.
