    Hello,
I have a problem with your plugin.
On my client’s site there are various subscriptions managed with WooCommerce Subscription. In the past few days, some renewal order are failing. This message appears in the the left side of the order panel:

Payment failed. No payment tokens found for customer 23285. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    What does it mean?

    Hello @oliverrealize and @metalinedev

thank you for reaching out to us concerning this issue. We already have a ticket open for this bug and have linked your ticket to this as well (in order for you to be kept up to date).

The issue was found with another merchant and seems to be linked to the failure to create a token that is needed to link the account to the plugin. This is going to be investigated asap, but since we are in the middle of a release (1.6.0) there are many other tasks that require our developers’ attention. We will push the dev’s to pick this up for the 1.6.1 release, so it will take some time before this issue will be fixed. I would advise you to instead use the PayPal Checkout plugin instead until we have fixed this bug.

Once we have any fix available for you, we will let you know (and ask if you want to use this to test the fix).

I am sorry that I can’t resolve this issue straight away for you, but we are working on it and will keep you in the loop.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hi. I have the same problem

    Greetings

Same issue with variable subscription. Am using PayPal Payments 1.6.1

@joostvandevijver for you folks to push PayPal Payments over the other PayPal plugins and then break PayPal Payments and then tell people you have other priorities is very concerning. We need an ETA on a fix now.

Still present in 1.6.1, with NO Reference Transactions enabled (hope it doesn't matter)

Not sure if it's important but "No payments available yet" is displayed on the my account, after the initial purchase of an automatic renewable subscription:

    Hello @egilsandfeld

sorry for the long silence, our developers have been busy on this “token” issue. We know it is a hard one to work with, but we believe we might have covered it in the next version that should release within 2 weeks (this week we start release testing).

We have some different versions of this issue and we are hopeful we covered them all, but only once we release this update to the public we will know if it does.

We need to ask to wait a little bit longer for this release.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
