Payment Failed Because Token Expired?

Hi, I have already emailed our developer about this and I’m awaiting his response, but it looks like a few of our orders failed recently due to the token being expired. Do you know how we can get this token updated? Also, how can this issue be prevented in the future? In addition, is there a way to process the payment even though it has failed after we fix the issue?
