    Hello,

    I set up a subscription in test mode and tried to register as a test. I got an error, first a warning said “Before you can accept payments, you need to connect your Stripe Account by going to Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings ->?Payments”. As per your documentation, even failed payments allow people to create an account and try to pay again for it afterwards.

    But when I tried again, I got an error message saying “Something went wrong while trying to process the payment. Please try again.”

    Can you help?

    I can’t delete this post so I wanted to make an update. I think in this case it was because I forgot to give the subscription a price – I made a free plan and now realise you have to put 0 in the price instead of leaving it blank. So I think this might be solved.
