Payment failed: The provided PaymentMethod cannot be attached when use afterpay

  • At my website I create order with Afterpay and when customer tryes to pay it says: Payment failed: The provided PaymentMethod cannot be attached. To reuse a PaymentMethod, you must attach it to a Customer first. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed. Klarna and Affirm works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    In addition afterpay works fine with products checkout its just say that it will redirect me to payment page, but when I try to pay custom orders with afterpay method appear two additional fields` email and full name which are even if filled with correct information I believe are causing the problem.

    Hi @samvel45

    Those additional fields you see for the email and name wouldn’t cause this issue. What is your Stripe account ID? You can locate that on the API Settings page of the Stripe plugin.
