    Hi @make-carlos ,

If the winner does not make payment then you cannot do much apart from sending reminder emails. But in our PRO version, there is automatic debit of winning bid amount from customer’s credit card and this works only with Stripe Payment Gateway.

Let me quickly specify the workflows:

    Normal Workflow

    1. Admin creates an auction product.
    2. User registers. And User then places a bid.
    3. When the auction expires, then the PRO plugin sends an email to the winner with the “Pay Now” link. User clicks “Pay Now” and the product is added to his checkout page where he needs to enter his billing details, make the payment and place an order.
    4. Order is created and admin has all the information of the user in that order and he can go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Orders to see that order.

Let me also tell you that Our Pro plugin’s Business and Unlimited license has an addon called “Credit Card Auto Debit”. This addon works with Stripe and what it does is that it lets you collect credit card details on registration page, stores that customer information on Stripe server and once admin adds auction and when auction expires with a winner then automatically debits the winning amount from winner’s credit card and transfers it to admin’s stripe account.

    Credit Card Auto Debit Workflow

    1. Admin activates “Credit Card Auto Debit with Stripe” addon and configures its settings.
    2. Admin creates an auction product.
    3. User registers with credit card details. And User then places a bid.
    4. When the auction expires, then automatically the bidding amount is debited from the user credit card and transferred to the admin stripe account. Please note that this is automatic and admin dont have to do anything and winner also dont have to click any “pay now” button.
    5. Then the PRO plugin sends an email to the winner with the “Get Item” link. User clicks “Get Item” and the product is added to his checkout page where he needs to enter his billing details and place an order.
    6. Order is created and the admin has all the information of the user in that order and he can go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Orders to see that order.

    Regards,
    Nitesh
